Looking to purchase a 2 bedroom penthouse at Grand Solmar - Does anyone know if "penthouse" indicates that the unit will be on the top two floors? We were told that, but info seems inconsistent so would like to verify perhaps with someone who already owns a 2 bed PH. Also, any issues with not getting your unit type upon check in? Thanks!

We used to own a 2-bedroom penthouse & it was on the 2nd floor...(we own
a 3-bedroom now). It might depend on the particular bldg.

Having been an owner since the resort opened, I can state that the 2
bedroom penthouses are on the top two floors.
