Showed up to a room that wasn't cleaned and linens on the floor. Upstairs has minimal temperature control. Near impossible to cool off bedrooms even with windows open during the winter. Location is 3 miles from Downtown Breck. Unit was quiet and view form family room of mountain was excellent.

THREE bedrooms, THREE baths AND a personal sauna! Beautiful secluded area above Breckenridge. (You look down on the town.) We've been there many times. What a view! There are only about 10 units so there's, no crowd, no one to bother you. The wife loved the great kitchen layout.

WE EXCHANGED INTO ROCKRIDGE 1 WITH II. IT WAS TERRIBLE. THE FLOOR WERE VERY DIRTY. THE FURNITURE WAS OLD AND SPARSE. LOOKED LIKE MININMAL CLEANING HAD BEEN DONE ON THE CARPETS. THE BATHROOMA AND FURNITURE WERE CLEAN. THE OFFICE STAFF WAS UNACCEPTABLE. WE FOUND ANOTHER PLACE TO RENT THROUGH RESORTQUEST AND ENJOYED THE REST OF OUR TRIP. NO POOL OR HOT TUB AT THE UNIT. THEY OFFER THE USE OF A Y TYPE OF FACILITY WHICH WAS IN GOOD SHAPE BUT YOU HAD TO DRIVE TOO. BEWARE!!!

I read the negative review and was just there a few weeks ago. Rockridge I is newly remodeled this summer and now very nice. It is on the free bus line (Breckenridge Transit) so getting around is no problem either- buses run on a regular schedule so there is no waiting around to go to the slopes or downtown (or to return to the condo).

It has lovely views of the slopes and is just three miles from downtown (on the other side of the valley from the ski slopes in a lovely wooded area). And the very best thing about Rockridge is its size: It has three BRs and truly sleeps eight- room for the whole gang!

This review is for ROCKRIDGE 2 I DO NOT RECOMMENT ROCKRIDGE 1 WHICH IS MANAGED BY A DIFFERENT FIRM AND ASSOCIATION. This extremely nice 2 bedroom unit with loft. Excellent advantage point up on the mountain with view of towm and the surrounding mountain vista. I highly recomment this because away from all the congestion of town but still close enough. About 1 1/2 mile from the down town Breckenridge.

I would definitely stay there again.
