Perennial Vacation Club at Daytona Beach Reviews & Ratings

You can't beat this resort's location, directly on Daytona Beach! Our spacious 2-bedroom with full kitchen and pull-out bed accommodated our party of six people beautifully. We loved grilling on the patio directly on the beach and watching the sunsets each evening. We visited in February, when the weather was PERFECT, and attended the Daytona Beach car races. We would have spent what we paid on RedWeek for just one night of accommodations during that week for our group.

I have owned Perennial since 2008. The staff at each of their properties are extremely helpful and friendly. I always book a room on the oceanfront side which is only steps from the beach.

The Perennial condo building is ideally located, close enough to "downtown" to walk, but far enough away to be a "retreat" at the end of a big day sightseeing or beaching. Steps from the pool lead directly to the beach. This unit (101) is a nice sized 2 bedroom unit with access directly to the pool. Enjoy!

A great location with a large pool next to the Ocean and beach. Rooms are large and well equipped.

Biking good on roads and the beach.

Select from studio to two bedroom. best feature is the heated swimming pool. You can swim in any weather.
