Peregrine Townhomes at San Luis Pass Reviews & Ratings

We stayed here last summer and two years ago, we stayed here during Spring Break. We loved that it was so secluded! The beach was great and not crowded! Our whole family (grandma included) played a sand football game right on the beach and had a great time! Our teens met up with some teens from Canada and built a mini-bonfire in the sand pit every night and sat out there and talked until the wee hours. It was still nice and quiet on the balconies and felt like a safe, worry-free place to take the kids. This past summer, we took our little neices, (ages 3 and 5) and they loved boogie boarding in the ocean and swimming in the pool. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very nice and away from it all! Cell phones work in the units on Nextel and Verizon. TV reception OK. Take water from the store - the stuff from the tap is not good.

Great birding area, very nice beach area with no crowds. Restaurants are about 10 minutes away, local convenience store is close.

We really enjoyed a "laid back week" with only one trip to Wal-Mart to get some stuff.

Units, we had a two bedroom - are very large and nicely furnished.

Didn't have much for amenities--pool is not heated, so unusable in January--no hot tub.

Water has so much iron in it that it runs red in the shower and ruined clothes in the laundry.

Nothing close to the resort to do--had to drive to Galveston--30 miles away for activities and restaurants.

Located right on beach. HUGE square footage with covered parking. Must use two flights of stairs to enter townhome. Very quiet location with not much to do but lay around by the pool or beach. Nice on inside with four balconies to watch the water on the gulf or bay side! Well supplied with micro, oven, full fridge. Only had to bring beach towels. Bedding and towels are all provided. Nice place. Highly recommend as a place to relax.
