Yes, 2025. At that time the scam was with Blue Point Converters who would buy your other time share and/or repurchase your Kovay Gardens within a year. There are scams out there that say they have gone through a legal process (convincing paperwork) to recover your money. My contact with Mexican authorities and my bank cannot verify the forms. And, beware, there is a hefty upfront notary fee to get your money. Anyway to have a class action suit against them???
