I did call Mercury Property Management and they said the same thing that we were told in Vallarta Gardens that as our agreement says, they are guaranteeing marketing our weeks for this year and for 2014. As I mentioned before, this is the only reason my husband and I purchased the property because it is the only way we could afford it. They are located in St. Louis. I don’t know how many places they use to market their property. This is really strange. After reading all these reviews, I am very skeptical. I just pray to God they will come through and do as they promised on the paper. Did you have to pay for Vancon to market your weeks? We paid $1000 to Mercury to do that. As to answer to your other question, NO, they have not even started the oceanfront units. They have a picture of it in the office. It looks beautiful but they told us it will not be ready until 2014 or 2015. They are however building 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom villas. We saw the constructions. Our sales people were Orlando and this newer guy Doug. I really hope you can dispute your contract. I will keep putting updates on the site and will check the reviews. Reading these reviews make me really sick. I would really appreciate it if you let me know whether you also paid to market your weeks and how long did it take you to get your money. Good luck to you.
