I tried disputing with my credit card company - they credited my account while the dispute was going on, but in the end they denied me (Chase) and I had to pay them. VG never gave me any information on how to use or exchange the extra weeks either - I got 1 summer week and 4 anytime weeks. I'm just glad they bought my 3 weeks a year for 5 years upfront - but I wouldn't have bought the property if they hadn't. I knew that part was a scam. But, I'm still out $7000. I will keep updating and let you know it goes for actually using the property. I tried Timeshare solutions - they said they had not had any luck recouping money from VG, but they might be able to get you out of the contract.
