If you paid the fee for Vancom on a credit card, you should be able to dispute it since it's no longer in business. Believe me, I feel your pain. I tried disputing the timeshare with my credit card company, but because they are open and in business, they would not return my money. Timeshares should never be purchased as an investment, instead it should be looked at as a pre-paid vacation. I decided to put it behind me and just use the property and at least get some value out of what I spent. Unfortunately there is not much more you can do than that.
