We are in need of immediate help. We need to get out of the Diamond Resort Contract. We tried to send a letter of cancellation and was under the impression we were in the guidelines. We were denied. We haven't received any help from the Quality Assurance person. We can't afford this and need help getting out of it. Please advise!!
