From the information I have found all rooms have a washer and dryer but the rooms have ceiling fans rather than air conditioning. Hopefully, someone that has stayed there can give you additional feedback.

The units do have washer/dryer combos. There are ceiling fans and no air conditioning. There has never been a requirement for air conditioning the many times we have visited there. Always a breeze and all you have to do is open a slider. The ceiling fans do help to stir up the inside air. Because of the breezy conditions, bugs and flying nuisances are not a bother.
