Looking at the reviews of this resort it's apparent that there are at least a few bad units in an otherwise beautiful resort. Make sure that the people at the checkin desk know that you are a member of RedWeek. They know that you have the ability to affect their reputation here on this site. It should get you some consideration where there are options.
