renting out your unit?

I have a two bedroom ocean front unit that sleeps 8. I am not going to be able to use it this year and have it already reserved for August 10 - 17. I am going to post it on this website, but not sure how it all works. Do we get a deposit? And are we responsible for collecting money and such?
