first time in Maui

I was wondering if this is a suitable place to come to in March with 2 tenagers? Are the 1 bedroom units big enough for 4 people? What are some of the must sees...and must do's in Maui. We are really excited to come Maui. We are coming for 10 days...is there any construction going on there now?

If the two teenagers don't mind sleeping together on a pull out couch, it's a great place stay. Otherwise, keep looking. There are very few 2 bedroom units at the resort. The 1 BR units are roomy but they don't have stove, just a fridge and microwave. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The resort has a great location on Maui. The pool and beach there are fabulous. There are tons of fun things to do and see on Maui.

To rdsarbo...thanks for the info....nice to get some information on where we intend to stay. We are looking forward to staying in a condo this time and not a hotel. always nice to talk to a local person to get information on the resort . I appreciate any info you can send this way,

Great place to stay. Lots to do. Snorkel or dive right there at the beach in front of the Condo. Turtles and lots to see right there. Whales in winter. You will be offered to buy there, don't buy there, best to buy a resale.

What is the weather like in Maui from mid Dec to early Jan? Does it rain a lot, the temperature, etc.. How easy it is to get to the other islands?
