Finding Renters and the Economy

Just thought I would check with any of you who typically rent out your timeshares, have you noticed any difference so far in this year's rental activity compared to last year? Are rentals going for lower than they had been in past years? Is it, maybe in part, competition with the two new towers? Or just the fact that people are not spending the money for vacations due to the economy? Appreciate getting some feedback.
