Does anyone have any suggestions on how to contact someone who has a unit listed but has not responded to emails or phone calls for a week. Is there a way to get a better email or phone number from redweek?

Hi Ann,

We say to allow the owners at least a week to reply. You purchased your RedWeek.com membership on August 10th so it's only been 3 days since you began contacting any owners. Please email us at support@redweek.com if you still don't hear back by Monday. Also, check your spam filters.

Thanks for the response, I'm new and I was afraid I wasn't using the correct emails. I am traveling in 16 days because of last minute event, so I am trying to work things out quickly. I just want to be sure that everyone who post something is really an owner and has something to sell.
