Original units...any updates coming inthe near future?

We stayed 2 weeks at the Marriott last year... and for that matter, we have stayed there for the last 4 years. I have to say that the 2 BR 3 Bath Oceanfront unit we stayed in in Aug 2009 was a bit of a disappointmnet. It was a little ran down and needed a good cleaning. The walls were stained, diert, the carpet dirty, patio furniture was stained and covered in suntanning lotion, dishwasher was rusted and broken, and I am sure the unit hadn't been dusted in ages... sad that owners and guests do not take better care of the units, plus Marriott needs to step up and address some of these repairs. Has anyone heard of any scheduled dates for repairs and updates to the older units in the Molokai buildings? thanks.
