LahaIna Villas vs Napili Villas

I'm looking into renting a 3 bedroom unit in the summer of 2013 in either the Lahaina Villas or the Napili Villas? Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the two? Which one has the best views? Which floors have the best views (without the palm trees in the way)? Also, are all bathrooms in the unit full baths with a shower in each?

Lahaina Villas have the best views. It is all about the views!

Lahaina Villas 3 bedroom units have awesome views of the sea, the coastline, the boats and parasailers, the islands of Lanai and Molokai. The higher floors above 5 have the best views of all. The 3 bedroom units are on the corner of the building so you see the ocean and islands to the front, and the pools on the side. These are the best views on Kaanipali Beach! Only 12 units were built, and they are spectacular. You can't go wrong in a 3 bedroom Lahaina Villa.

We own a 2/2 in Lahaina Villas Ocean Front ! What could be sweeter? Life on Maui is amazing if only for a week!

We own a 2-bed, 2-bath oceanfront unit on the 8th floor in the Lahaina Villas. Views are awesome of the ocean, Lanai and the whales, too, during the winter months.

The floor plans are the same, but the views are slightly different, although you would not be disappointed in either. Lahaina Villas are actually closer to the water, by perhaps around the distance of 1/4 th of a football field. Napili has a huge lawn in front of it, great for sunbathers, but not much shade if you need it, with Lahinia seeming to be a little more relaxed and perhaps better landscaping and pool. Both are quiet, and away on each side of the large center complex pool unless you want to be close to the large pool, bar, and snacks, but the main central "Ocean Club" units are not "villas" and don't have kitchens.
