Is this resort on the beach? and is it safe for children?

The resort is on the beach. Some but not all units are oceanfront, some are lagoon/garden or mountain view. Guests are not advised to swim in the waters due to rocks. There can definitely be wading, sunbathing, beachcombing etc. Public beaches with lifeguards are nearby including a children's beach. There is a pool.

Resort is on the beach but only buildings F, G, and H are directly ocean front. All the other buildings have lagoon/garden view. The beach fronting the resort is not safe for swimming due to strong undertow but occupants of KBV have access to all of the pools in the adjacent hotel.
