Post COVID, Marriott has resumed their mid-week tidy service for rentals of a week or more. You can pay Marriott to do more thorough or more frequent cleaning. Discuss your needs at check in and Marriott will typically try to accommodate your requests.

Yes, however you need to request it and pay a bit extra, otherwise they clean only once.
