No. You can request they be nearby to each other but the "2 bedrooms" are actually one bedrooms that connect to a center living space.

Assuming you book on-line, once the first accommodation (eg. the 2 bedroom) is reserved, you should be asked to identify that reservation number when you book the second accommodation (eg. the studio). Once both accommodations are reserved, I suggest you call the Maui Ocean Club directly and let them know what you're looking to do.
