    Per the owner:

There are many reasons why we purchased our condo at Tahoe Chaparral. Having close access to the many great runs at the Diamond Peak ski resort was a real benefit. Also having access to cross country skiing. The location of the condo being at the end of the units and on the upper level provided more privacy and great views of Lake Tahoe. Incline Village has markets, restaurants, a movie theater, all easy access from the condo. The Village at Northstar is an easy drive with many notable shops, restaurants, an ice skating rink and excellent skiing. An occasional drive to the South Shore to visit the casinos, shops and restaurants was also enjoyable. The staff have always been very helpful and quick to resolve any issues. The maintenance fees have always been very reasonable compared to other timeshares of similar size.

    Incline Village, Nevada

Enjoy the gorgeous panoramic views of Lake Tahoe from your private retreat at Tahoe Chaparral. Two-story timeshare accommodations feature a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living area, washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. The resort does not offer any on-site amenities, but the natural playground at Lake Tahoe features skiing, snowboarding, sledding, boating, swimming, fishing, and more.

Tahoe Chaparral is right next door to the base of Diamond Peak Ski Resort, Lake Tahoe's premier family ski resort. Diamond Peak offers 30 runs on 655 acres of pristine mountain terrain. Experience the new high speed quad "Crystal Express" and get up to 8,450 vertical feet in about five minutes - what a rush!

Lake Tahoe's Incline Village offers endless activities such as diverse golf courses, mountain biking, casino fun, and the Lake's best dining. For a change of pace, drive the 35 miles to Reno for additional gaming action.
