Per the owner: One amazing benefit with this particular Grande Vista is the membership to the Florida Club which gives you the ability to schedule vacations at a total of FIVE different Marriott Florida timeshares directly through Marriott without having to go through Interval International. I would recommend conforming this with Marriott for your own peace of mind but it is true... I have further documentation regarding this which can be sent to any potential buyers. Below is an except from the official document.
Florida Club Explained
"The Florida Club allows owners at participating Florida MVCI properties to book their week at one of the other club properties six months out from their reservation time. If you are booking concurrent or consecutive weeks at the time of your Florida Club reservation, you can book seven months out.
Participating Properties Grande Vista* – Orlando Legends Edge – Panama City Villas at Doral – Miami Beach Place Towers – Ft Lauderdale Ocean Point – Palm Beach Shores
*Not all owners at Grande Vista are eligible to book in to other Florida Club resorts. The original ownership must have had this option. If you are purchasing resale, verify if the unit you are purchasing has the ability to book in to other Florida Club resorts.
Purchasing Resale and the Florida Club Opposite from what you may hear from a sales person, the Florida Club option transfers with the unit to the new owner when purchasing resale.
