Week 26 is prime summer season in Virginia Beach and happens to include the 4th of July! Summer rates in Virginia Beach tend to be very high due to the popularity of the area and 4th of July is the most in demand time in the summer with lots of great events in the area. This deeded unit is a great property to own and it gives you the flexibility to stay annually every 4th of July week or rent it out to others when you are unable to stay for the week. I have never had trouble renting out the unit whenever I wanted to. Lastly since it is a lockout unit, you can turn the two bedrooms into two separate units, a 1 bedroom and a studio respectively. In this scenario you can rent one of the units out while you stay in the other unit, this is a great strategy for covering your property maintenance fees.
