Per the owner: I think there were a few reasons that this type of ownership appealed to us. First and likely most important is that there is a 12-month advanced booking for these compared to most other ownerships having an 8-month period. This means it is easier to get a booking you want. The second reason was the 7 high value locations available to book with 4 high-end Hawaiian Island choices, 2 excellent Palm Springs locations, a great Phoenix property and the Colorado ski property. These are all high value exchanges and places that we went on a regular basis. With the extra advance booking time it is fairly easy to get studio and 1-bedroom units which there are more of and is all we needed most times allowing for better points use. This also means that since units are provided based on earliest time bookings that with the extra lead time you usually get the better unit choices. We have been owners of a number of properties for a long time and now are doing far less travelling which is why we are selling. With our long-time knowledge in the process, we can say without hesitation that this is one of the better value ownerships we have had and purchase through the resale market is a far greater value for the money compared to direct purchase.
