Points are awarded August 24th every year.

Per the resort, there are 4,889 points remaining from 2022 which will expire August 23, 2024, and 37,331 points from 2023 that will expire August 23, 2025. On August 24, 2024, there will be a total of 92,220 points available.

Maintenance fees 2024: $3,500. Per the owner the 2024 maintenance fees have been paid.

Right-to-use expires January 31, 2040.
