    Per the owner:

Having owned this timeshare for 33 years, the things we have loved about our unit is that it's a half a block from oceanfront and we are right in front of Waterman's restaurant and about three blocks from Rudy Inlet where major fishing takes place. A beachfront play park, Grommet Island, which caters to children and handicapped people is also located at the Rudy end. You can walk to Rudy Inlet where you have access to water craft sports, paddle boards, jet skis, and charter boats. All the roads around Virginia Beach are bike friendly, and of course you can ride or walk the length of the boardwalk which is a total of 2.5 miles one way. In mid September, which is when our unit is, the beach music is still active and they are getting ready for the Neptune festival. There are so many restaurants to choose from on both Atlantic and Pacific avenues. During Week 37 the beach is a lot less busy and a lot more fun for personal space and enjoyment.

The activities are endless when you consider the Virginia Beach Marine Museum is about one and a half miles away and they offer the ropes course during the summer and fall. There is iFLY, paintball course and several putt putt golf courses, a water park and motorway course. https://www.visitvirginiabeach.com/

Once an owner, you have free parking to visit at any time and use of the pool and hot tub at Ocean Key, the Atrium and The Sands.

Come enjoy Virginia Beach and all that it has to offer. It's a very family oriented beach and I guarantee you'll keep coming back!!
