Per the owner: “We have been vacationing at Hyatt Hacienda Del Mar in Dorado, PR for over 25 years. We really enjoy the beautiful property, beach and ocean. We now live near Seattle Washington and it takes over 10 hours of flying time to reach the resort. Unfortunately this is too far for us to make annual visits. We hope a new buyer will enjoy the property as much as we have.
The recent renovation gives the unit a modern Hyatt look and feel.”
*Closing costs and transfer fees are to be paid by the buyer*
*Buyer to pay maintenance fees for first year of usage*
