Per the owner: Things I love about the Riviera Beach and Spa Resort:

    * The resort itself! The facilities have been completely upgraded and modernized. The in-room, in-resort amenities (including pool, fitness center, games room, bicycles, and washer/dryer), and friendly resort service make you feel at home from the day you arrive until the day you (though you won't want to!) leave. * The perfect climate! The temperatures are just right literally any time of year. Warm days followed by cool nights and incredible sunsets, with low humidity and balmy ocean breezes. * The three incredible beach towns! Dana Point is a short walk away, while San Clemente (to the south) and Laguna Beach (to the north) are quick drives along the scenic Pacific Coast Highway ("PCH" to the locals). From world-class art to world-famous Mexican restaurants to out-of-this-world whale watching boat excursions, the things to do and see are almost limitless and right at your fingertips. * The Southern California access! The resort is exactly between Los Angeles and San Diego. Two of America's great cities are just an hour away (I know, I know..."depending on traffic"...), along with everything to see and do along the way. From Disneyland to Legoland, from South Coast Plaza to the Getty Museum, from Surf City to Big Bear, the region's offerings are all there for your and your family's enjoyment.

*Closing costs and transfer fees are to be paid by the buyer*

*Buyer to pay maintenance fees for first year of usage*

    Capistrano Beach, California

Riviera Beach and Shores Resort is located on the southern end of Dana Point is a beachside haven set aside from all the hustle and bustle of California's more crowded tourist locales. Here, the focus is all on the rolling waves, crisp ocean air and famed California sunshine. Guests are invited to take advantage of the resort-style amenities located on site, including a fitness center and pool overlooking the white sandy shores of Capistrano Beach.

Riviera Beach and Shores Resort's one and two-bedroom units boast a distantly beachy ambiance - cool tones and open space are the essence of California cool. One-bedroom units sleep up to four, while the two-bedroom units offer room for up to six. Every suite includes a kitchen, living area, cable TV and whirlpool bathtub in the master bathroom. Most rooms also feature beautiful ocean views.

Capistrano Beach has all the charm of a small town and the sweeping coastal vistas that California is known for. Nearby Dana Point Harbor is full of restaurants, quaint shops, boat rentals, and an abundance of activities to experience. Should you be craving a livelier experience, many larger beaches lie in close reach, including Laguna Beach to the north and San Clemente to the south.
