    It is ocean facing the beach is beautiful and has recently been enhanced, it is 1st floor and has a street facing lock-out. Rumor has it that this was the original building which Jimmy Buffet owned.

    The real draw for us is the week 26 usually includes the 4th of July an exciting time to celebrate in Key West. In the next decade this will be the case 7 times.

    With the heat waves engulfing the southern US Key west is a wonderful escape.

    It is beyond hurricane season and the only hurricane to impact KW week 26 in the last decade was once in 2021. For anyone purchasing the 2025 fees will be paid so the unit will be available to stay or trade this year.
