Per the owner:
We bought the unit in 1982 when we were 31 and lived in Idaho, but now we are both 73, moved to Georgia, and no longer wish to use our Timbers at Island Park Village Resort unit, that's why we are selling it.
Our unit #169 was completely renovated in 2024: Flooring replaced; whole unit painted inside; all kitchen appliances replaced; new bathroom fixtures including sink, toilet, and new tiled shower with glass door; all furniture replaced; new beds: A first-rate renovation.
And the Timbers at Island Park Village Resort is only 22 miles from the main entrance to Yellowstone Park.
Our week #2 is in the dead of winter, so that week there is excellent snowmobiling everywhere around the area, including snowmobile tours in Yellowstone Park.

These condominium-style suites come outfitted with full kitchens, balconies, complimentary Wi-Fi access, fireplace and more! One-bedroom units offer one queen bed and a sofa bed, enough room for up to four while the two-bedroom comes with two queens and a sofa bed, providing enough space for up to six guests.
Idaho's high country is truly nature is at its best. A paradise for any nature-lover, you'll find adventure aplenty no matter the season. Snowmobiling is very popular in the area, where there are over 300 miles of groomed trails ripe for exploration. Cross country skiing, fly-fishing, dancing, horseback riding, shopping, hiking and camping are area favorites as well. And of course, pass through the western gate of Yellowstone National Park and experience all the storied park is known for.
