The front of the lot faces the woods and back is on the golf course. These can be two separate units and each unit has its own washer and dryer, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, dining room, fireplace and adjoining patio off the golf course.

We have stayed at Breezy Point Resort for the last 22 years with our family over the 4th of July and have always had amazing weather. The resort is located on Pelican Lake, a beautiful crystal clear lake. Our kids were always amazed at the clean water when they jumped in to ski, tube or just float on their noodles. The excellent sandy beach made it perfect for building sand castles and playing sand volleyball. On the cooler days we spent time at the big indoor pool and adjoining exercise room at Whitebirch (part of Breezy Point).

There was always plenty of activities for everyone. You could play golf on the two supporting courses, fish, play tennis or pickleball. We also enjoyed the Paul Bunyan trail not far away to bike or rollerblade. The little town of Nisswa captured our hearts to shop for memory trinkets of our vacation and enjoy ice cream treats at the ice cream parlor.

Over the fourth of July we always enjoyed the fireworks over the water, either on a boat or the Dockside patio. Dockside usually had live entertainment and music that week, hosting the all famous Elvis Presley Show.

We have enjoyed many fond memories through the years and lots of pictures.

Eagle's Nest at Breezy Point Resort's one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom condominiums exude a rustic spirit while also housing modern conveniences and luxury touches to provide a truly home-away-from-home experience. Condos are outfitted with log and stone exteriors, offering gorgeous views of the lake, golf course, forest or countryside. All feature telephones, televisions, kitchens, fireplaces, washers, dryers, and dishwashers, and many also include hot tub baths and a patio or deck.

The greater Brainerd Lakes area's primary draw as a vacation destination lies in the vast array of natural recreation to be enjoyed, much of which can be experienced without ever needing to leave resort grounds. Should you choose to venture away though, be sure to scope out the many other equally gorgeous lakes in the area. And don't think winter visits will exclude you from the region's natural beauty - ice sculptures, sleigh rides, ice fishing, cross-country skiing, bonfire sing-alongs and ice skating in the lighted skating rink can all be enjoyed when the months grow colder!
