Per the owner: What drove me to initially purchase the timeshare was how flexible it is. I've never visited the owned timeshare in Orlando, but I have used its points for stays in Vegas, New York, Washington DC, Hawaii, California. There are so many HGV locations around the world to use the points. Additionally, the points can be converted to RCI for even more resorts or converted to Hilton Honors Points for stays at any Hilton brand hotel.
*Closing costs and transfer fees are to be paid by the buyer*
*Buyer to pay maintenance fees for first year of usage*
