Extensive villa refurbishment and plumbing infrastructure construction underway through the end of December 2025. Work activity and noise may be experienced from 8AM - 5PM daily.

Unit may be located in the Lahaina or Napili Tower. If owner owns a fixed tower, it will be noted on the posting.

Rentals are subject to an additional occupancy tax that vary by unit size. The fee is approximately $3.25/night for studio units. On-site parking fee approximately $30 USD daily. Valet parking fee: $35 USD daily. For owners and guest of owners, the parking fee may be waived.
