Per the owner: The first thing I will mention is that the reason we are selling this is because my dad bought a property in Troncones, so we spend most of our time there and don't use the time-share anymore. Otherwise, there were things that inspired us to by this property. First off all it is in Cabo, which is an excellent place to own. There is so much to do! PB has two different hotels in Cabo, one right on the beach downtown and another in a gated community with an incredible view up on the mountain just outside of town, Called Sunset Beach. It is called that for a reason! The company provides a shuttle service constantly, so you can move in between both locations. The food at the resort is awesome with many restaurants to choose from. The company also owns properties in Mazatlán and again, one is on the beach and the other is in a beautiful, gated community called Emerald Bay, which is spectacular. The quality of the accommodations in all places is 5 star, and it is very easy to book reservations. You can also sell your weeks if you are not using them. What we really liked is that there was no annual maintenance fee. You only pay the maintenance fee when you use the property and we found it to be a very reasonable fee compared to what I have heard other people paying for their timeshares. We had quite a bit of fun both in Mazatalan and Cabo and San Jose De Cabo, and our stays have always been exceptional. For anyone looking for high quality accommodations at a very affordable price, this is the place to be. This studio is priced at a fraction of what we paid at this price. Awesome deal. We will miss it if it sells.
