Owners note: The unit is an ocean front end unit, so it has no hallway traffic noise. The main unit balcony has a jacuzzi tub, plus an eating table and two lounge chairs. Sipping tequila or a margarita on the balcony, watching cruise ships come and go to Cozumel, is a favorite activity in the evenings. The large exercise gymnasium is two units away. The main dining restaurant, La Palapa del Sol, is very close as well. The resort also has a fine dining restaurant, a hibachi style restaurant, and pool bars with lunch dining. There is a nearby golf course, the Gran Coyote, which is a 300 yard walk or a golf cart ride if you call when ready. The owners of the unit have enjoyed the unit each of the last 16 years, but have 3 grandaughters' high school graduations this year that conflict with their usual trip to the Royal Haciendas.
