Per the owner: This is an approximately 10,000 square foot 4-bedroom 5-bath luxury unit that accommodates up to 12 adults. The Empire The Estates contract includes up to three weeks per year- one week for eight years and two additional weeks for 90 years. Christmas, New Years, Holy Week, and Easter weeks are excluded. For 2025 the usage fee per week used is $6,600. It is paid only when using the weeks. Imagine enjoying a luxury retreat for up to three weeks a year in the beautiful Vidanta resort at Neuvo Vallarta outside of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico! While staying in the Estates 4-bedroom unit, be pampered with a private butler, a plunge pool on your private balcony, twice daily housekeeping services, and daily treats delivered to your room. Want to have your refrigerator stocked when you arrive, just arrange the items and payment with your butler prior to arrival. Onsite there is also a market with gourmet food as well as fine wine and liquor.
