Per the owner: This is an approximately 10,000 square foot 4-bedroom 5-bath luxury unit that accommodates up to 12 adults. The Empire Estates contract includes up to six weeks per year—two weeks for eight years and four additional weeks for 90 years. Christmas, New Years, Holy Week, and Easter weeks are excluded. For 2025 the usage fee per week used is $6,600. It is paid only when using the weeks.
