First and foremost is the location of the Manhattan Club - it's a few blocks south of Central Park, Carnegie Hall is right across the street and the Theater District is a short walk away. It's definitely a prime location in NYC. It really comes to life during the holidays, and we typically spend our time at the Manhattan Club during this time of year. What also sold us was the Owner's lounge on the 25th floor, it's a wonderful respite after a day in NYC or for a night cap after a night on the town. The Manhattan Club is well maintained and has had undergone periodic refreshes of the hallways and rooms. Fitness center is top-notch too. The staff is also very attentive to your needs as you would expect.
