Not only do you have 1400 + square feet with all the amenities, but there is also a balcony off Master Bedroom, and a Patio off the Living Room.
In addition, you have an outdoor storage shed for all beach equipment.
Unit 45 comes with additional parking spaces and is located directly across from the following.

On-site amenities at The Links Golf & Racquet Club include a clubhouse, tennis courts, three freshwater fishing ponds, an outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, jogging paths, and a covered pool. Only a mile away is the Atlantic Ocean, which is perfect for beachcombing and water sports. The resort has a private beach cabana and a beach shuttle service that runs in season.
