We stayed at this resort in February, 2015. Very nice resort, great location on the beach, restaurants across the street. Friendly staff and neighbors who even offered to help us carry our luggage up to the 2nd floor (no elevator). Bright colors, kitchen fully stocked with everything you need except food. Flat screen TV hangs on the wall. We were really impressed with the table that converts to a very comfortable Murphy bed. Pictures need to be updated.

This resort is located in South Daytona Beach, which is close enough to all of the activities that Daytona Beach has to offer, yet quiet for those who prefer a good night sleep! Although there is no view of the ocean from unit 111 where we stayed, it is an oceanfront resort. The pool is oceanfront though. Everything you need is included in the room, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and a foldout couch with bathroom downstairs. This room can easily accommodate up to 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook if you like, and keep your food cold in the full sized fridge. Parking is a bit limited, so if you plan on having more than one vehicle, be sure to call ahead. Overall, I give this resort 4 stars!

The rooms are very small but clean and nice.It is close to all the Orlando attractions and very close to Daytona Beach boardwalk etc. Out of your door to the pool, down the steps to the beach, the location is great. You can use the laundry on a first come first served basis which is crucial for a week long stay. Not a 5 star resort but a small, friendly place to stay for a good price. 2 people in a studio is fine, 4 people in a studio need to be really good friends.
