Villas 10 and 12 are 2850SF luxury single family homes located close to the Spa and Gym in a prime location on the resort with full access to all resort amenities and an attached private carport. The Villa has private pool and hot tub outside the back patio door which leads to the golf course (currently not open but large grassy play area). Full kitchen and 8 top dinning room table. Court yard from the front door to the living room with fountain. Private carport. High speed internet service and USA cable stations. Master BR has desk, sitting area with couch, jet spa, walk in shower, two vanities, safe, and lg closet. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and full size refrigerator and guest bath and washer dryer in the home. The resort is located in New Mazatlan, and there are two gates guarded 24 hours. The resort provides free shuttle to the main City of Mazatlan. This the best resort in Mexico and the Villa is the best of the best.
