Hotel guests have exclusive access to the Grand Luxxe pool area with two Jacuzzi tubs and direct beach access; it's also a short walk to the larger Mayan Palace pool complex with waterfalls, fountains, and islands throughout. There are four separate buildings in the Luxxe complex, all tucked privately into the jungle and each with its own concierge for quick access to services.
