Per the resort estoppel dated 3/3/25 there are 23 use years remaining with this ownership.

Per the owner: This timeshare can be booked at the following Pueblo Bonito Properties: PB Sunset Beach, PB Rose, PB Blanco, Monte Cristo Estates, and PB Mazatlán.

Timeshares are generally booked for 7 days and nights at a time. With Pueblo Bonito you can pick what day you wish to arrive; it doesn’t have to be just Saturday.

Nearly all the above ground floors have an outside patio with table and chairs. Some even have jacuzzi’s.

You also have the option of which type of room you would like to book. 100 points gets you a Jr. Suite, 200 points an Executive Suite (which is one bedroom), a Presidential Suite (2 bedrooms and large living area and patio around 2000 SF) will cost you 300 points for the week. The Monte Cristo Villas in Los Cabos have 3 bedrooms, private infinity pool and will cost you 600 points for the week. See current point cost in this listing.

Mazatlan has the Jr., Executive and Presidential Suites to offer.

You only pay when you book a stay at any of PB properties. You can choose All-Inclusive is you wish, or not. It’s not required.
