Unit lanais undergoing railing and spalling repairs through February of 2026. Access and views may be limited, with possible scaffolding or cables present.

The main pool deck flagstone will be undergoing refurbishment in phases throughout 2026. During this refurbishment, the pool and hot tubs are expected to remain open; however, pool deck seating will be reduced.

There are no cooking facilities inside the resort, however, gas grills are available for guests to use outdoors.

Unit bedding may vary.

Valet parking is optional at a cost of approximately $30 per day. Self-parking is complimentary for owners and guests of owners.

Rentals are subject to an additional occupancy tax that vary by unit size. The fee is approximately $6.71 per night for lockoff studio units.
