All buildings face the ocean, lower floor units may have an obstructed view of the ocean. The floor level cannot be guaranteed unless an owner has a fixed unit/week.

This fixed week is in a Master Suite (Building E Room 6906) on the 9th floor and offers sweeping views of the resort’s waterfront and the Pacific Ocean. Its height lifts guests away from the sounds of pool activity that lower level guests experience and provides a great view of the spectacular New Year’s Eve fireworks. The luxury Master Bedroom has a private spa-style full bath with shower and separate tub, and sliding doors to the balcony. The Murphy bed provides additional sleep space and there is a second bathroom with shower. The kitchen is well-equipped with cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and cookware etc., making it easy to prepare breakfast, snacks, blender drinks, lunch – but eat out for dinner as there are so many great places to dine at the resort and in Cabo San Lucas!
