The annual Heritage Golf Tournament is held on Hilton Head Island in April every year. Which just happens to fall within the Gold Season Floating weeks
Floating Weeks: 13-21, 35-43 (Gold Season) Typically the last week of March through the end of May and the first week in September through the end of October.

Other amenities include The Beach - easy quick access All Yâ€™All Eatery - has great food and is right on the property with weekly entertainment Namaste Spa - great for the non-golf fans to enjoy while golf fans are at the tournament Courtyard - beautiful landscaping which features cornhole, shuffleboard, table tennis, water feature for young kids, grilling area, swings to sit on and enjoy the surroundings, etc. Multiple pools - one outdoor (heated), one indoor and one right off the beachfront. Activities - planned daily activities for adults as well as kids. Bike rentals, Cabana rentals, chair and umbrella rentals on the beach, water slide and pool within walking distance to the neighboring garden units. Accommodations - always up to date and very clean. 1 master bedroom with large bathroom attached, 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds and a shared bathroom. Nice size kitchen, dining room, and living room with sliding doors to a fair size deck. We have owned the unit for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. Golf - There are several golf courses just minutes away that offer discount rates for Barony timeshare owners. Additional perk - Each year you get a parking pass giving you access anytime you are in the area to use all the facilities even if you are not staying there.
Current reservation for the 2027 week of the Heritage will transfer to new owner.
Unit rates during the tournament for non-owners can run as high as $1008.00 per night (TripAdvisor). Thatâ€™s $7056.00 for 7 nights. Owners stay for free after paying your annual maintenance fee of $1892.00.

Nice pools and easy access to the beach. Kid friendly with lots of activities. The resort is always clean and great staff. Always enjoy our stay and look forward to going back.

The units are always clean and well maintained, the property is very well landscaped and maintained. Many restaurants nearby, bike paths all around the island and 4 pools on the resort to choose from.

Through their timeshare division, called Marriott Vacation Club International, they have developed exquisite timeshare properties in the most sought-after destinations around the world.
