Laguna Surf

The resort is located on a bluff near the center of town. If you stay on the ocean side (even numbered rooms), you have unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean. There's gas grills and dining tables on each private balcony. Every unit has a full kitchen and full-size refrigerator. Despite all of the wonderful restaurants in the area, our favorite place to eat is on the balcony. (Tip: Stock up at Costco or other grocery store on the way in. There are luggage carts available in the garage to haul up supplies.)

The resort has only 25 units (18 on the ocean side). Most of the units are one bedroom, two bathroom, with a Murphy bed in the living room. Four person maximum occupancy, no smoking on the premises, and no pets allowed. Each unit has a gas fireplace and comes with a dedicated, secure parking space. Common areas include a lounge with computer and large screen TV, whirlpool spa, and an observation deck with tables, umbrellas, and chairs.

The resort staff are friendly and go out of their way to ensure your comfort. Most of the staff have been there a number of years and do a fantastic job maintaining the facility. The staff have a wealth of local knowledge and can offer valuable suggestions on what to do and places to go. Overall, weekly rates are well below average for Laguna Beach.

This is a small complex (about 28 one bedroom two bathroom units) on a cliff bluff overlooking the beach one block from downtown Laguna Beach. There are 18 ocean front units, six on each floor all even numbered ( ex 302, 304, 202, 204, etc. Top and second floor ocean front units are by far the best, especially the top floor units which offer spectacular views, have large decks, and would cost $7-800 +/ per night at a hotel. There are about 10 units facing the hills, all odd numbered (ex 301. 303. 201, 203) that are less desirable. There is a large common area deck overlooking the beach below with spectacular views. The beach below is sandy, not very crowded ,and is easily accessed by a staircase. There is a nice rooftop deck as well with a jacuzzy. The complex has been remodeled, it is well managed, and the staff is friendly and helpful There is secured assigned underground parking for one car per unit. The weeks run Friday to Friday. In our opinion, Laguna Surf is one of the most absolute Gems among timeshare complexes and offers incredible value compared to Laguna Beach hotel prices. Just check The Inn at Laguna Beach for example, where we have stayed a number of times prior to Laguna Surf, and in our opinion even their top rooms don't offer the views and amenities of top and second floor units at Laguna Surf.

The best ocean front timeshare in Laguna Beach, CA with direct access to the beach. A few blocks walking distance to the heart of the town shops, restaurants and main beach. During summer season there is a free shuttle bus that you can ride all the way to Dana Point. Resort has a spa on the rood deck. Each unit has a gas grill. No pets. This is a non smoking resort.

Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Fabulous sunsets every night while enjoying your spacios patio with furniture and BBQ.

I am original owner and have always loved my week there. I have belonged to RCi. Platinum Exchange, and Interval International. It is easy to exchange Laguna Surf for a nice week in the US and other wonderful places around the world like Spain and Costa Rica.
