Our family has been enjoying this resort since 1995! The island of Maui never disappoints and is always a welcomed getaway. We are only selling as we are unable to travel long distances any longer. Passing along the unforgettable location to make memories to another lucky family.

A great place to stay with great amenities. The Staff couldn't be more helpful. The beach is across the street about a block away. The complex is super maintained and has plenty of parking places. The surrounding area is fantastic with many restaurants and shopping. Easy access on the Northwest side of Maui. We purchased in 1997 and have thoroughly enjoyed our stays. Now we have reach the age that traveling has become hard for us.

We've owned here for over 30 years. Due to the RCI Trading system, we've only stayed there five or six times, but have always enjoyed it. I have a variety of pictures of my kids in the pool at various ages. It's a fantastic location for hiking, shopping, beach visits. Maui is our favorite island. We've stayed at other resorts on Maui and other islands on points, which is the beauty of the RCI system. Our last visit was in 2015, so I didn't fill out a couple of the star ratings.

We have been a owner in Kahana Falls since 1994 and we love this place. We have a week in a 2-bedroom unit on 4th floor or higher with partial ocean view that sleeps 6 -- there is a lockoff between the 1 bedroom part (sleeps 4) and the hotel part (sleeps 2). There is a full kitchen on the 1 bedroom side and a partial kitchen on the hotel side and of course two full bathrooms. We have enjoyed staying here with family many times. The pool area is great and the beach is just a short walk across the street through a public walkway. The front desk staff are most welcoming and the resort is just so cozy, not a huge place, but just right. They have also kept it updated through the years -- I mean it's been 20 years now and it's still as nice as ever.

A beautiful resort where you can relax and unwind from the hectic world we live in today. This sleep 6 unit is pool side with the sounds of the tumbling waterfalls that will help you dream away your troubles. Plenty of room to for the whole family with lots of onsite activities plus walking distance to the beach. You will truly feel like you are in paradise!

Great location across the street from what is often referred to as Turtle Beach because sea turtles often feed along the rocks that border the white sand beach. Restaurants and convenience stores a short walk way. Pool is nice.

The resort is not right on the beach - but across the street from one. In 10 minutes you can get to some of the best beaches on the island including Napili and Kaanapali. The resort is quiet, and familial very unlike the major brands like Hilton and Marriott. There is no restaurant on site, and it feels more like an really nice condo apartment building than a vacation destination resort. Frankly I prefer this - but some might be more impressed with bigger flashier etc. Across the street there is a nice on the beach restaurant at Sands of Kahana which is nice, casual and inexpensive. The hotel unit is not large so if you spend a lot of time in your unit you might not be very happy - but if you do what you should in Maui which is get out of your unit - you will have a great time. There are great restaurants, great beaches - and you can always spend your day at fabulously expensive resort without spending $500/night to stay there.

This is a nice, quiet place. Not good for partying--no restaurant or bar on site, but several within walking distance. Great staff and very comfortable rooms. You'll want to stay in a one-bedroom or two-bedroom, not a "hotel room"/studio, which is tiny. The two bedroom has all the amenities--full sized fridge and well equipped kitchen. Broadband internet included in rooms. We've stayed here twice, in 2009 and 2010. It's a real bargain for what you get. We'll go back!

We are staying in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom lockoff unit. The unit is clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the living room furniture is comfortable, the televisions are modern. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. The bed is "OK". My wife thought it a bit lumpy, I slept just fine. No ocean view, but the grounds are well cared for and sitting on the lanai overlooking the grounds is very pleasant. Jetted bathtub/showers in both bathrooms.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

They have decent air conditinoing. Not all places in Hawaii have A/C. If that is important to you, check before you commit.

Not all parking spaces are equal. The ones closest to the bulding are about one foot wider (yes, I measured). If you are driving a mini van/SUV, try to get one of those. Parking is free. Not all timeshares in Hawaii have free parking, and sometimes it can be very expensive. Check before you rent.

Free broadband internet in the units.

    We would stay again.

Have stayed here twice in the past 10 years. One in a "hotel unit" and once in a studio. Staff is friendly. Property is well maintained. Not on the beach but close to good beaches. Difficult to find parking in Kaanapali if you drive your car to Kaanapali beach. There is VERY LIMITED public parking in Kaanapali. Beach at Kahana (across the street from the resort) is not that great but usually not crowded. Also, parking at the resort can be real tight.

Resort is close to all the sights in and near Lahaina and also close to Kapalua. Of course, you need a car when in Maui.

BEWARE of the "hotel units". These are really "lock-off" bedrooms from the one bedroom units. The "hotel units" are SMALL. And I mean SMALL. Not much bigger than a cruise ship stateroom. Tiny bathroom. And the noise supression (if any) is not too good from the rest of the unit (the non-"lockoff" part). If you rent a hotel room in Maui at a regular hotel you will get a MUCH bigger room! Don't be fooled. I think this "lockoff" stuff is crap and RCI & II should ban it. I don't get to trade just part of my time share units! Maybe if enough people refuse to support it the problem will go away.

Bottom line: I would NOT stay in a "hotel unit" again!

We just got back and they have redone all the Hotel units with nice wood floors. In the hotel unit you get alot of amenites, its like having a mini kitchen with dishes and a toaster, microwave, small refrigerator and Coffee maker. you also get a big bathroom with a steam shower and jetted tub. It is really nice to have the extras over your typical hotel unit. The Resort has a Mai Tai party on Mon. that is not to be missed. They also have lei making classes and hula classes. Its nice to be at a full service resort. I also noticed the towels and housekeeping services are better than most condo's. We loved our stay at Kahana Falls and we will go back soon I hope.
