Coconut Palms offers one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom suites, capable of sleeping two, four and six respectively. All units are air conditioned and equipped with full or partial kitchens, and private balconies or patios, many of which offer spectacular water views. Complimentary Wi-Fi keeps all of your favorite gadgets connected whenever its needed.
The New Smyrna Beach resort area is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean to the east, the intra-coastal Waterway to the west, and Mosquito Lagoon in between the two. This small, beachfront town offers one of the best surfing spots in Florida - not only can accomplished surfers rip up New Smyrna's waves, but beginners can learn the sport in safe waters. But that's only scratching the surface - New Smyrna's waters also invite swimming, scuba diving, kitesurfing, fishing and sailing!

  I love staying in New Smyrna right on the beach. My family had a wonderful time here. We loved the spaciousness of our rooms. They have been newly remodeled. We had everything we needed while here. We love having a kitchen. The pool was wonderful and being right by the beach and ocean was perfect.

  The resort's location is perfect, it is right on the beach. Resort is about 4 blocks from Flagler Ave which is the historic part of New Smyrna Beach. It is full of shops, restaurants and bars. It's a fun place to take a walk. Make sure to check out Breakers Ocean Front Restaurant and Bar for a drink or meal right on the beach.

  We stayed at this resort in April of 2016. It was wonderful -- the location, the unit, the view, the staff, the pools, the long-term owners. We stayed in a one-bedroom unit on the fifth floor overlooking the beach. It was clean and service was excellent. Can't beat this for a small resort well-run.
