Per the owner: This is a Penthouse unit located within the second and newer phase of the resort. It is located on the top floor and has an additional closet for the guests using the Murphy beds.
The Murphy Beds pull down easily and there is no need to move anything as the living area is very spacious. This unit has its own personal jacuzzi located on the private patio of this unit.
The A-side of this unit (which sleeps 4 and has the living area and private patio with the jacuzzi) is for also for sale for week 50 for all odd years. This allows for arriving in Playa del Carmen the week before and then opening the door to the “lock off†that accommodates an additional 2 people.
