  • Tahoe Chaparral

    Incline Village, Nevada

Enjoy the gorgeous panoramic views of Lake Tahoe from your private retreat at Tahoe Chaparral. Two-story timeshare accommodations feature a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living area, washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. The resort does not offer any on-site amenities, but the natural playground at Lake Tahoe features skiing, snowboarding, sledding, boating, swimming, fishing, and more.

Tahoe Chaparral is right next door to the base of Diamond Peak Ski Resort, Lake Tahoe's premier family ski resort. Diamond Peak offers 30 runs on 655 acres of pristine mountain terrain. Experience the new high speed quad "Crystal Express" and get up to 8,450 vertical feet in about five minutes - what a rush!

Lake Tahoe's Incline Village offers endless activities such as diverse golf courses, mountain biking, casino fun, and the Lake's best dining. For a change of pace, drive the 35 miles to Reno for additional gaming action.

We purchased Tahoe Chaparral over 40 years ago and spent our week there every June while raising our kids. We cherish all of our memories. If you like the quietness of North Shore and the mountains, you’ll love the resort. There are lots of outdoor-type activities: hiking, biking, and skiing. South Shore, Reno, Truckee, Carson City, and Virginia City are popular driving destinations. The condo is beautifully furnished and equipped with a full kitchen. Beautiful view from deck off the living room. The resort property is actively maintained. Covered parking spot. Easy, mobile check-in process.

Our unit is a 1,360 sq. ft. condo overlooking beautiful Lake Tahoe. The kitchen, dining room & living room are upstairs. The kitchen has granite counter tops, microwave, double sinks, stove & oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender and is well stocked with dishes, flatware, glasses, pots & pans. There are 3 bar stools on the opposite side of the kitchen counter. The dining room has seating for 6 people. The living room has large sliding glass doors to the deck that overlooks the lake. The deck has patio furniture. The sofa in the living room makes into a queen side bed, if needed. There is a gas fireplace to warm the room on a chilly night. The lower floor contains 2 bedrooms and a washer & dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a TV & sitting area. The bathroom has a glass walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king size bed with a TV & sitting area. It has a bathtub with a shower unit. On the first floor next to the parking stall is a storage unit to hold ski equipment or other belongings. Tahoe Chapparral is located 0.6 mile from the great Diamond Peak ski resort and close to the town of Incline Village. Unit #35 is the end unit in the upper group of condos.

wow - super high end and completely renovated interiors...flat screen TV's, leather couches, brand new bathrooms/appliances, washer/dryer, covered parking, amazing lake views. This was one of the most updated, new and clean timeshares I have seen. Incline Village is awesome with tons of local attractions - there are no amenities outside of the condo at this resort but the location is excellent

Warning: Don't ever book this resort through RCI. We have been successfully trading through RCI and Interval for 20 years - we own 3 timeshares. We were booked into a two bedroom unit several months ago with RCI. This was to be our summer vacation - 3 people from Los Angeles, 2 people from San Francisco. Well, the resort called to cancel our reservation FIVE DAYS BEFORE CHECK IN!!!! Now we are stuck with no vacation, flight cancellation fees, and total heartache. The resort's excuse for cancelling our RCI reservation: They decided to remodel the room the week of our arrival. WHAT??? This is so wrong on so many levels. I would give this resort zero stars for lack of compassion and/or customer service.

What a great location! It's close to everything. The #28 townhouse we stayed in was clean, spacious, beautiful and had everything we needed. Everyday we enjoyed beautiful lake views. Our large family of 8 included 4 high energy teenagers, and this place was large enough for all that energy and still allowed us areas of comfort and quiet. I still can't forget the amazing views. We will definitely come back here again! This is a diamond deal. Highly recommended and super low price for the area.
